Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Threaded Legacy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2. Custom Products Policy

All custom-printed and embroidered apparel is made-to-order based on the specifications you approve. Because each item is uniquely produced, custom products are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a verified production defect.

3. Artwork Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities prior to production. Threaded Legacy will not be held responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Deposits and Payments

• Pay in Full orders are charged at the time of order placement.
• Supplies Deposit and Custom Deposit orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment.
• All deposits are non-refundable once supplies have been ordered or production has begun.

5. Production Timelines

Standard production time is 7–14 business days following final approval and receipt of deposit. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Timelines begin only after artwork is approved and payment requirements are met.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom products are non-refundable. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to artwork approval for a full refund of any payments made (minus any supplies already ordered). After artwork approval or supplies have been ordered, deposits become non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have authorization to use any artwork, logos, names, or designs submitted. You agree to indemnify Threaded Legacy against any claims of infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Threaded Legacy's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
